Delivery through the nasal mucosa, used for peptides such as selank, semax, oxytocin, and PT-141 in some formulations.
In plain terms
The nasal route avoids injection and gives some peptides partial access to the brain, but bioavailability is low, highly variable, and sensitive to formulation and technique.
