GHRH
Also known as: growth hormone releasing hormone · ghrh analog
Growth hormone-releasing hormone — the hypothalamic signal that tells the pituitary to release growth hormone.
In plain terms
Sermorelin and CJC-1295 are GHRH analogs: they amplify the "release" instruction. Because they work through the natural pathway, their effect is bounded by pituitary capacity and by somatostatin, the opposing "stop" signal.
